Commissioned / Temple d'aigua
Intervention in the rooftop dome of a building in Barcelona designed by Carles Buïgas, a Catalan engineer and architect known for his use of light and water as a moldable sculptural material.
This space was conceived as a fountain but, due to various problems in the building because of the water, the current owners decided to transform it into a space of meditation. We approached this commission as a tribute to its origins, understanding the space as a temple of life, refuge, and personal expansion.
